My hopes and dreams for our young early childhood educators is that they find a passion and joy in children’s play learning and development every day at work. I want them to be proud of the industry that they work in and the incredible impact of what they bring to our communities and how they help shape communities of the future. 

I think those of us with experience and love of education have a real responsibility to support these young educators through their careers, empowering them to feel strong and in control of their direction in the early childhood sector.
