Many services have a high number of new educators, we love supporting you to build the capacity of your team. Retention of engaged and qualified Educators is our end goal.
We understand that at different times, all members of Early Childhood teams will benefit from some external mentoring and support.
From trainees to new and aspiring centre directors; building skills in busy service environments is never easy but always necessary. Especially for our teams working in remote and/or vulnerable communities.
FACE TO FACE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Concepts of Creative Play Workshop
An inspiring session where educators develop creative knowledge, building understanding around developmental concepts and how they support children's learning.
This session encourages educators to think creatively, providing ideas and skills to support a vibrant fun program that children and educators enjoy.
With plenty of hands-on learning, we will investigate the theories behind these concepts and how they support children's development in the early years and beyond.
Whilst this is best received as a full day training, we understand this can be a challenge for some services, we are happy to look at alternate delivery to best accommodate the needs of your service.
Creative Play Workshop includes;
Storytelling
Music
Sensory Experiences
Creative Painting

Our Focus
We welcome discussion with service leaders on how we can best support the ongoing development of your team.
New and emerging educators
New and emerging educators are one of our most valuable resources.
We rely heavily on them and need to prioritise supporting them to best build their skills, passion and confidence. The more we can do this, the more focussed on and engaged with their chosen careers in education they will be.
We want to encourage all our educators to be proud of the work they do in the early childhood sector, to be inspired and learn to drive their own passions for seeking and developing new concepts to take to the classroom.
This is something we know we can do. Concepts in Early Learning is uniquely placed to support these educators as they progress through their careers, to keep them energised, focused and enthusiastic about their work. And of course, the flow-on effect of this is hugely positive for your service, children and families.
Our training days not only equip educators with practical skills but also a reminder of why they chose this career in the first place. We fan the flames of enthusiasm for a career in education - and we do it with great warmth, experience and first-hand understanding of the challenges all educators face at times.
We want to remind our participants of the fun, joy and enormous satisfaction that comes with a career in early childhood education. To connect them with other educators and ultimately, to see them leave our sessions lighter in step and armed with inspiration and skills.
